Our work together can span a few weeks to several months. We will design a program to support you over time, allowing for meaningful progress to occur. Coaching is a personalized experience, and our timeline will be tailored to meet your individual health and long- term goals. We will set realistic expectations and milestones along the way.
Our collaboration begins with spending an hour together virtually to talk about your history, your life experiences, your health, your values, and your goals. I’ll look at your most recent bloodwork results and physician notes to understand your health in more detail. From there, we will set up a twice monthly meeting schedule. These meetings will include reviewing supplements and medications, lifestyle practices, and more.
Although we schedule specific times to meet, I am available via e-mail and text seven days a week should you need to connect.
